Notice of the Elimination of Visa Page Inserts for U.S. Passports

This notice is to inform our Passport Courier Companies of the elimination of visa pages beginning January 1, 2016. The U.S. Department of State will no longer add visa pages into U.S. passports beginning January 1, 2016. Previously, U.S. passport holders had the option to pay for the insertion of additional 24-page visa inserts when valid passports lacked adequate space for entry or exit visa stamps. The decision to discontinue this service was made to enhance the security of the passport and to abide by international passport standards. .... Beginning January 1, 2016, applicants in need of additional pages in their valid passports must obtain a new passport.

Therefore, if your passport does not have enough blank VISA pages (last 3 pages are amendment pages) after that date, you can only RENEW your US passport.

Adding Passport Pages
Adding Visa Pages to existing Passport 

Eligibility:

• Your existing U.S. Passport is valid and undamaged 

Procedure:

STEP 1

Prepare the documents by following the Checklist and instruction below:

1. Your current or most recent passport which MUST be signed
2. Please click the following link (https://pptform.state.gov/ ) to generate the application form.  Please click on “CREATE FORM” button at the bottom to generate a printable copy.  Please sign it and date it in ink.  The application must be presented to the U.S. Department of State within 5 business days of the date on the application.  DO NOT print the form on double sided pages.
3. Two authorization letters  which allow our passport specialists to submit and pick up your passport.  Please sign and date it in ink.
4. International itinerary or the copy of the ticket/e-ticket if you require processing time less than two weeks.
5. Completed Wooee order form .
6. Payment
   
   • Government Fee: Check (personal or certified) or Money Order payable to “U.S. Department of State”, with applicant’s name and date of birth on the check.  All personal checks MUST show a printed address.  Temporary or starter check is NOT acceptable.  DO NOT rewrite or cross out on the check.
